How to Order and Order Policy
How to order:
To order, simply send us an email with the product models of your interest. Upon request, we will provide you with an official quote which will include shipping cost and taxes. After order confirmation, it would take approximately three to four weeks for your order to arrive. Payment methods include: Check, E-check, and Credit Card - all of which are secure and available as per your preference.
Website Prices & Formal Quotes:
1. Web Prices are per-unit.
2. We do not guarantee the prices on our website to be final until a formal quote is issued.
3. Web prices do not include tax, shipping or handling costs, installation, or any required assembly.
4. RMS Site Furniture reserves the right to change its online prices without notice. Prices on official quotes are valid for 30 days.
5. For Canadian clients: formal quotes will be made in CAD dollars, based on the current US-CAD currency exchange rate.
Payment Structure:
All customers are to pay full purchase price upon order confirmation. Such policy excludes, but is not limited to government agencies and orders below $2,500.
Warranty:
All of our products come with a manufacturer warranty which covers product defaults.
Metal Products: One (1) year Warranty
Concrete Products: Two (2) year Warranty
Misuse, neglect or alteration of product is not covered under this warranty.
Installation & Assembly:
Majority of our products do not need to be assembled, as they are shipped in one piece. The handling, any assembly and installation of our products are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping:
All quoted shipping prices include a load-off service. The driver will lower the products off the trailer, yet is under no obligation to further assist with the handling or installation process. Considering the weight of our products, please note to have enough men-power and/or tools to efficiently handle the products. Also note that a 24-hour notice call is available - Please Contact Us!
